Support

Updated October 23, 2026

Tell us your app version, device model and, if relevant, the scenario or phrase name. We usually reply within a few working days. Please do not send confidential work material, full personal replies or payment information.

Find a reference

Use Learn for workplace scenarios, Phrases to search expressions and Saved to reopen what you saved. Reading, search, saving and quick checks work offline without an account. Mark as studied records your reading; it is not a speaking score.

Device voice is unavailable

Playback is optional and uses an installed offline Japanese device voice. On iOS, check Accessibility and the device’s speech or reading voice settings. On Android, check your device’s text-to-speech settings and install Japanese voice data in the selected engine. Setting names and availability vary. Text and meanings remain available without a voice. The app never asks you to record anything.

Course access and restore

Open Settings → Course access to see the one-time unlock and Restore purchases. Use the original Apple Account or Google Play account; a connection may be needed. Apple and Google Play purchases are separate. If a product cannot load, a purchase is cancelled or store approval is pending, free content stays available. Restoring access does not restore learning records.

Refunds

For an App Store purchase, use Apple’s refund help. For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play’s refund help or contact us. Eligibility depends on the relevant store policy and applicable law.

Move or delete learning data

Open Settings → Learning data. Export a backup on the original device, move the file to a location you choose, then import it on the other device. There is no automatic sync. Backups can include personal replies saved by earlier versions; share them carefully. Importing a backup does not grant a purchase. You can also delete personal history text or all local learning data there.

Delete data from an earlier version

The cloud-deletion option applies only to earlier iOS versions that used the cloud feedback service. If an earlier service credential remains, Settings → Learning data shows Previous cloud data. Tap Delete cloud service data to request deletion for that identity. Deleting local data does not delete service data. Android does not use this earlier service. If you no longer see the option, email us. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and retained.

Report a content issue

Email the scenario or phrase name and what seems inaccurate or unsuitable for the context. Course content is model-assisted draft content and is being improved.
